Month: November 2008

  • More Engagement Pictures

Paul and Jozi were my subjects for the last shoot I did at night on the Plaza. We decided to get together again and get some shots in the daytime. It was a chilly afternoon but we got some great shots! The afternoon sun was so beautiful coming through the trees...

  • Senior and Engagement Shoots

Wow, I am getting so far behind on posting from my shoots!! It's been crazy around our house with school, Fall de-junking, and stinking gorgeous weather that keeps the kids outside every spare moment!

But I have been pretty busy with shoots this month and a half. I love the challenges each one has brought with it!

First, the fun of motorcycle pics!

Then Senior shots with a Boxer puppy!

And then a super fun, after dark engagement shoot!

Then I did an other shoot with that Senior from above with her dog! (These are straight out of the camera. Haven't had a chance to edit them yet...)

Finally, got at least something posted from each shoot... *sigh* Back to the crazy house!!!
  • Isn't it great to be an American?!

On this beautiful, Midwestern Fall morning it's ideal conditions for Election Day 2008!!
The weather is in the 60's with not a cloud in the sky! We've talked a lot around our house over the past few months about the elections and how it all works. The kids are excited to get to watch some of the returns tonight and cheer for our candidates.

I took my oldest along with me to vote. We waited in a long line for our turn at the ballot box, but it was exciting and he seemed fascinated by the proceedings.

I let him slide our ballot into the box.

We both proudly sported our "I Voted" stickers.

What a great day to be an American!!

    GO VOTE!!!
